HAND MADE IN ******S CORNWALL. Fill in the missing letters and you get a prize! Seriously printed labels might mean made in quantity, maybe for the gift trade. Hence a pin dish, easy to make a lot of them.
But slipware in Cornwall in bulk? A difficult one.

St Agnes had a few potters and is one of the few places in Cornwall ending in S

I’m just seeing Hand Made In Cornwall. Hugh West used a similar label early on, so possibly sold retail and used by a number of potteries in the 60s-70s

I'm seeing the label as Naomi does - HAND MADE on top line and the N of IN CORNWALL starting the second line. Definitely straight lines and not an "S".
I don't mind if it's "just another (very boring) piece of Cornish slipware"!

St Ives would be nicer though
