Heavy Cast Chalice, can anyone assist in identifying it

I have acquired this heavy cast chalice. It has the two bronze coloured heads bolted to the side of the cup, and other moulded heads to the body of the chalice. Also has what I think are pheonix cast on the stem. It has L.S.P. and the number 2 on the inside of one of the feet. It stands 20cm tall.
I think it is cast iron. Can anyone help me in identifying exactly what it is and what age it could be please.
