Pedestal footed stoneware bowl for ID

Nice quality stoneware footed bowl, looking like an R within a C. Sure I've seen the mark before, but cannot place it.
Any help welcomed.

Agreed. Many years ago I have a larger charger by him with similar brushwork too.

Gloucester based if I remember rightly. He's done some nice pieces.

He's a very fine potter but just seemed happy to sell from his pottery and local outlets, therefore hasn't really been recognised.

I'm guessing that he hasn't the same pressures that some potters are under, with regards to putting bread on the table.
