Picked these up for a song as was intrigued by the handles, no marks on the base but quite distinctive

Maybe Republic Period Chinese (1912 to 1949) with handwritten poem, but it's impossible tell if the decoration is hand painted, or hand coloured transfer print, or screen printed,  from the photos
