Certainly don't think it's a modern fake. It looks late 19th early 20thC,
and probably continental with those numbers.
Is there some lettering above the anchor?

I remember seeing something Austrian with a mark similar. I will try to remember and circle back. I don't think either Chelsea or a fake and agree continental. Some Prussian was like this but do not have a specific reference.

Thank you I will go down the Austrian Bavarian Prussian route it has impressed 206 with impressed 8 underneath and a very faint green 3 these also lead me to think it had some age. Thank you both for responding.

Re: Urn vase with anchor mark in red
I spent some time trying to trace this a little. What I found out was that there were also anchor marks in Italy and France. Many were earlier and these numbers did not exist then.
I looked at many many marks but they were all different than yours. The distinctiveness of yours lies in the dot in the circle at the top of the mark and the point at the bottom. The colour is also more redbrown than red.
Most marks include something more than the anchor like letters etc. Chelsea seemed to use very small marks but Bow did use some more like that but they are too early. Sorry I drew a blank. I think references exist in the Library that may help.

Re: Urn vase with anchor mark in red
On further research I found another piece with the anchor mark and also another mark with crown and Victoria Austria 1904 to 1918. The factory was established in 1883 in Karlsbad (Karlovy Vary) by a London company Lazarus & Rosenfeld Ltd. In 1885 it was bought by Franz Schmidt and renamed Porzellanfabrik Victoria Schmidt & Co. In 1927 it was transformed into a stock company Porzellanfabrik Victoria AG.
In 1945 the factory together with the Altrohlau Porcelain Company became a part of state owned EPIAG / Starorolský Porcelán and in 1958 Karlovarský Porcelán Stará Role II. Nowadays it is a part of Thun Karlovarský Porcelán.
