I picked up this Ambrose oil on canvas painting but it's untitled.  Can anyone tell me if it's a John Ambrose painting? The signature match...

But I can not find any info of him painting Loons.

No, I'm afraid the signatures are different. And as you say, the style is different too. I think the artist's name reads Ann Barsa... but I cant make out the whole signature.

It looks like a factory produced painting to me but it is difficult to be sure from images.
