salt glazed stoneware, Wim Mühlendyck, Germany
I’ve just acquired this lovely piece along with a charger from the same potter. I think it’s inspired by early Chinese pottery but that’s a guess really.
It’s quite a distinctive mark but I just can’t track it down :(
I’m absolutely in love with it so I’d really really like some help with this fella.
Thanks fingers crossed

Lovey vase.
Can we see the charger too?
Lettering on base, could it be a German potter?

Salt glazed stoneware from Germany would be my guess. One of the Westerwald potteries.

Is that the inside of the lid? Photos not clear? Better to take full images of items with items for sale?

Höhr-Grenzhausen is a town in the Westerwaldkreis in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is a centre for the ceramic industry in the Kannenbäckerland with a professional college for ceramics, another for ceramic form, and many others, hence the nickname Kannenbäckerstadt (roughly, “Jug Baking Town”).
