Salt Glaze Tankard with Rope Handle
Picked up this wonderful salt glaze tankard at the weekend. The way the handle has been constructed is incredible and the result is so solid it's surprising. I'm sure I have seen something similar recently but none of the tankards with rope handles that I can find are anywhere remotley similar. It's clearly by a very accomplished potter and came as part of a lot which included Jane Hamlyn, Ray Finch and a few others.

You could be correct Naomi, some strong similarities. Do we know where that one was found?
