17” vase, rocket fins Empty 17” vase, rocket fins

I bought this thinking it was a studio piece.
Looking at it today it seems very light and the marks on the base could be from rubber stickies put on Far East imports.
Glazing and shape are really interesting but - Am I looking at a studio piece or a decorator ‘s vase ?
