Probably Onta-yaki, Oita Prefecture, Japan, but they stamp their pieces Onta yaki and this looks like a personal seal
The decoration is called chattering and created by bouncing a metal tool on the slipped surface as the pot turns on the wheel, which gouges the clay surface.

Thanks. Just had a look at Onta yaki and it looks extremely similar.
