Blue volcanic glaze Empty Blue volcanic glaze

A simple vase approx 6in high with an interesting turquoise blue volcanic style glaze. It says “made in England” but I can’t tell what’s inside this? Hoping the glaze might be a giveaway….

It might say Made in Iceland

This is Dutch.
It says made in Holland not England.
It was made by Peter Groeneveldt

Correction.
First name is spelt Pieter. There are several examples shown here by him that are listed under other European Pottery.
