It reminds me of Alan Wallwork, very nice sculpted piece.
If I were guessing, and I am, I'd say 1970's. Hopefully one of the experts will recognise it as someone obvious.

I agree, 70s piece. Not a style I recognise, although certainly influenced by Wallwork and Rooke etc. Hopefully one will turn up with a label or mark.
