Stoneware Cat Jar, signed Pozancos Sigüenza

Hello, I'm hoping someone might have some idea about who made this cat box. It is made of terracotta stoneware and has been handpainted. The base has been hand marked - I can't read the first word beginning with P. The second word seems to be 'Siquenta', but I can't find any reference to pieces marked with this, so maybe I'm misreading it? The form looks almost Japanese, but the names on the base look more European. The cat stands almost 16cm tall with the head in place. I'd be grateful for any light anyone can shed on it. Thanks
