Alan Spencer Green born 1932-2003 had a studio in Saffron Walden in the posh part of Essex. He specialised in these rather understated porcelain bowls. Sold through Primavera in particular, and other parts of that high end of the market, His mark is an inscribed ASG  which you can just about make out in the second photo.
