If Not Blenko Glass Who Made This? Empty If Not Blenko Glass Who Made This?

Hi,
This looks very much like the Winslow Anderson fish for Blenko 971 L, except for the top fin.  Is it Blenko?  I saw a Pilgrim glass fish with a top fin, but it was a little different in form.  Does anyone know who made this? Ignore the striping in the photo, it's the background - the glass is clear and quite thick
