Small goblet - marked but can’t track down? Empty Small goblet - marked but can’t track down?

A small goblet with a lovely reduction fired glaze - unusually it is marked, but I can’t find a match ( the closest match I can find is Lucy Rie but I’m not holding my breath!)

It also seems to have a name written to the rim, but I can’t make that out either. Any ideas?
