Looks a bit like Nantgarw porcelain Wales though the colours and quality are not quit strong enough, most of it was unmarked, European maybe.

Cheers. That thought did cross my mind but I'm not sure this set is porcelain, and the quality of the painting isn't as good.
This was a 4th one in the set, and has a marked stain on the surface which, along with the crazing, makes me think it’s tin glazed earthenware
