vase with armadillo skin effect?

this is another unmarked vase i bought in Italy

it seemed quite well-made and I liked the texture

any comments welcome

the one Italy design I usually recognise is Bertoncello and recently I bought a cool three piece set + a few wild card vases

one of the wild cardsended up being a Bitossi 'onion' cylinder vase that I was of course clueless about until later ;-)

despite some of the unmarked 'dogs' I have posted here to ID, I have found some nice pieces in Italy
