Andrew Mason? If so, it's more recent than I thought. He was at Darley Mill Pottery, Darley Abbey, from 1996.

Or Geraldine Hughes, 1975-80

Good call "NaomiM", will dig a little more and see what comes up, jeez, studio pottery is a bleddy minefield when comes to marks and that's what makes the medium so interesting, thanks again for your expertise

Are Darley Abbey pottery, and Darley Mill pottery, two different potteries?

Darley Abbey Pottery was run by Geraldine Hughes in the 70s, while Darley Mill Pottery was set up by Andrew Mason in the late 90s
