Unusual urn shaped two handled pair of vases with raised floral decoration

Wondered if any of the expert here have come across these before they are 9 1/4" in height and have
a very small impressed number in the bases 785 other than that nothing to enlighten me on the makers.
The decoration is fairly raised around the flowers especially they also seem quite heavy as apposed too
other vases i have owned of similar size. Would love to find out how old and where they started life i have
a feeling maybe not from the Uk just guessing really thanks for taking a look
