Stoneware makers mark circle "CL" ? Empty Stoneware makers mark circle "CL" ?

Hello All,

I'm usually fairly good at identifying signatures/marks but I'm stumped by this one. It looks like "CL" but I could be wrong. The only CL mark I've seen online is a square stamp that doesn't look quite the same. Any help identifying this would be greatly appreciated.

The top half looks like Chessell pottery Yarmouth Isle of Wight. Might the bottom curve bit be the edge of the impressed circle? It would greatly help if we could have a of the whole piece.
