Mid Century Modern Art Pottery Pitcher signed Malice?

First of all Thank You All for coming to my Rescue on this very Mid Century Pottery piece! I have exausted every research effort to identify this Artist name let alone be sure if I even have the spelling correct. Since I may mess up the Spelling I will just let you knowledgeable Collectors fully identify it by my Pictures instead. Fairly heavy Potted Pottery Vase / Pitcher measuring 11.5 inches high with painted and scratched in designs in mostly a very rough matt finish in green and glossy smooth very light blue top and handle.  My only two cents here is that I think its Scandinavian.  Really Appreciate your Help here!
