Unusual 2 neck vase, KD? Empty Unusual 2 neck vase, KD?

Hi does anyone know the maker please looks like KD to me but may be wrong. Can find a Karen Donleavy but her work isnt like this.

Looks like a number, 451, written on the base. I think it's European
