It doesn't look like the type of decoration that I associated with Ann Wynn Reeves but I have not studied her entire output.
Have you got the Pilkington/Johnson reference the wrong way round, as the blank tile in the image is a Johnson's one and dated February 1967?

I was wrong about the tile makers. Ann Wynn Reeves did use the square and round tiles made by Johnson Ltd. she did use these colours but I can’t see anything with this pattern. And I’m not knowledgeable enough to know whether it’s her style or not. Anyone else well up on her or recognise the work? And presumably Nova Scotia would be the name of this design?

Not her iconic style

Regarding blanks and speaking with Alan Wallwork, he used the blanks that he could get when he needed them. He was taught by Ann's husband, Kenneth Clark, at Goldsmith's College and I know that he stay in touch with him for most of his career. I suspect the blank source was suggested by Clark and Alan used Johnson most of the time and some Pilkington. Therefore, I suspect that the Clarks would have used Pilkington blanks if Johnson ones weren't available too.

I haven't seen anything remotely like this made by her but I haven't followed her career closely enough to say for certain that this couldn't be by her. However, the technique used doesn't really match anything that I have seen her use either.
Like you, I suspect that Nova Scotia was the design name.

It is part of an ‘International’ series by the artist Tom Shanks when he worked as a designer for Dovecot Studios In Edinburgh. 1960s date. I was told this by the eBay buyer. Tom Shanks is well known for his watercolours.
