Don't think it is dutch, cause, Holland is only the name of 2 provinces in the Netherlands. Dutch companies would mark Netherlands. It's probably German and Holland is the name of the decor.

possibly the maker allowed for ignorance when they printed Holland on the pot,most Brits think Holland is the name of the entire country

The number 7 would suggest noy brotain , also gouda marked pieces "holland", the numbering style and clay look like early soendgen .

even the Dutch sometimes refer to themselves as Hollanders, so i think the term is generally interchangeable with the Netherlands even by most natives nowadays.
