Very crisp worked base and interesting glaze so it's not nothing - personally I dislike the thickness of the top rim but looks like something to me

Looks like it has some age-probably the first half of the 20th Century
So if the 17 was the price in shillings it would have cost around £26.00 in 1950

I think 17 is likely to be the exhibition number. The label may have a very faded name written on it
