They look likeGerman pottery from the 60's and 70's. Generically known as 'Fat Lava'. There were lots of different potteries with a very wide range of glazes,

Possibly by one of the Vallauris potteries, in the 60s-70s

I believe that they are 1930s and possibly Czech or German.
When I dealt in Art Deco in the early 1980s there used to much of this kind of thing around and it often had an ink backstamp.
I imagine the impressed numbers are shape numbers.
