Burley Winter 5" vase? Empty Burley Winter 5" vase?

A Facebook group told me this was possibly Burley Winter. Can anyone confirm or deny this? I cannot get my hands on a book about Burley-Winter.
Vase is 5" tall. Incised mark on bottom I cannot read.
