Just after help for a friend who has this rather fab item on her dresser, it looks like Poole but has no back stamp

Helps to have a view of the base; is there a footrim? The shape looks 60s-70s.

A photo of the base helps a great deal. It gives an idea of what clay was used, whether it was mass made or hand made. What size is it? The triangular shape is slightly unusual.
