Slab pot….any thoughts? Empty Slab pot….any thoughts?

This is way outside my area of knowledge but I can’t make my mind up if it’s a ‘proper’ pot or just a lump of clay. It’s heavy but proportionately so, well constructed and the layered glazes and impressed mark suggest a ‘proper’ potter. Any thoughts?
