Black two handled 8” vase, continental, 1640
I think it’s glazed rather than burnished, it’s fairly shiny. But not certain.
Base has incised 1640 and 2 marks.
Shape looks Art Deco.
German? Rumanian? I’m a bit out of my depth here.
