Another mystery, VJ or JV mark Empty Another mystery, VJ or JV mark

Is anyone ablee to identify the maker of this tiny cut sided stoneware vase? It is 8.3cm in height. There is a clear mark just above the base - not sure whether impressed or incised, but I can't find it in the marks book or anywhere on line.
