Lamp marked Italy Empty Lamp marked Italy

Really struggling with the maker of this lamp. I noted the mark underneath is similar to Bitossi pieves, but the design is unusual.

Picked this up in an antique shop in York. Bizarrely was described as a Paul Smith lamp?..... Lamp marked Italy 20220114

I think it is a Bitossi vase made into a lamp

Thats really helpful, thank you and fantastic it may be by Bitossi. It was in the shop for about 3 years and at a price I couldnt really justify so decided to offer half and got it.
