Any help with identifying the maker of this beautiful art nouveau bud vase will be greatfully appreciated.   It doesn't have a hallmark but a commemorative note on the bottom and dated 1918.  It measures approx. 4 3/4" tall.  I'm guessing that it might be Sevre but can't find anything like it after a lot of research.  Help with identifying the maker of this antique art nouveau bud vase Img_2036

It appears to be a blank bought from a manufacturer and decorated by someone as a gift. It’s possible the decorator worked at the factory; employees were often allowed to decorate ‘seconds’ for special family occasions.
