Camark Pottery? Empty Camark Pottery?

I suspect this vase is Camark with its saw marks and white clay but cannot find it in Gifford's Book II Camark Collector's Guide. Or on any internet searches.Camark Pottery? Cobalt10
Camark Pottery? Cobalt11

Or could it be Polish?
