Majolica style vase with attached bird - Asian Import Empty Majolica style vase with attached bird - Asian Import

A really nice majolica vase with attached bird, to the base it looks like an impressed "40". It measures 32.5cm and 11cm across the the top opening.
A look on the internet points towards a maker known as "Mann MM" but there s no "Mann" impressed to the base and not much information I can find about that particular maker.
Any info or advice appreciated.
