Need help to Id and age this piece of pottery.
HI,
I need some help to determine who made, and the approx. age of this piece of pottery. My own research was futile.
It measures 7 3/4" Tall x 8" Wide (Overall) 7 1/4" Wide across rim.
Its comprised of linked chain/circles on the top portion, with a fabulous dragon in relief on the lower.
Exterior is glazed in brown and yellow, the interior with brown and green.
There are no markings anywhere on the piece.
Thanks for any help.
Cindy

It's called Majolica ware but without a factory mark I don't know where it was made. Usually late 19th-early 20thC, made in the West, but there are also modern copies made in China. The messy glazing points to it being a copy.
