Hello, does anyone please have info on this piece or know of a possible maker? Also, is there a name for the black coal like glaze inside? Thank you...

It doesn't strike me as British. I wonder if it's from Vallauris or Italy

I agree it doesn't seem British, it reminds me slightly of a Spanish Fajalauza bowl I had help IDing on here. But I think it definitely could Vallauris or Italy too.
