Unmarked. I thought it might be Jitka Palmer or Ingrid Saag but not quite right

Ok. I wasn't looking to find out though-I sold it years ago. I was just trying to help since your bowl looked like similar work to me at least. I thought perhaps it would give you an artist to research. I'll see if I can delete the circus dog post.

No worries, many thanks for the suggestion.  
It's simply a housekeeping procedure. If mine or your bowl is IDed then it'll be moved into the Studio Pottery reference section and the thread would have been split at that point anyway. Easier to do it now and post a link.
