Two lava glazed studio pottery items Empty Two lava glazed studio pottery items

Any help with these would be appreciated. Two items by the same maker with a turquoise lava glaze and an applied spoked wheel applique. The marks on the base are incised and appear to have the date 92, but the rest is a mystery to me. They are both rather good, it would be nice to identify them.
