Monkey Business

Hi all, need help with this piece. It came with a lot of Cigarette Holders/ashtray so was assuming it is an advertising piece. Maybe Cigars?? Has Rd. No.762365. 21.5cm in height and 24.5cm wide. It is made from chalk I think.

There is only that one and this one as a monkey. So not a lot made it. They are so easily damaged. Will see what else I can find out. A great help again. Thank you
