Can anyone identify the maker and year of this ceramic piece

I have this very pretty ceramic boat with floral decoration and a cherub at the helm
It is 21.5cm long and 11.5cm tall.
There is a mark on the base as shown which I cannot identify
I would like to know the maker and age of this if anyone could assist.

Crossed swords mark. One of the Dresden potteries?

Thank you. I have looked at the mark with a magnifying glass and there is a capital B between the crossed swords, I dont know whether this means anything.

It might be Meissen or one of their contemporaries copying their mark, but I don’t know enough about Meissen to be able to tell the difference

If the mark was turned the other way up it could be The Kensington porcelain works in Hanley, Stoke on Trent. Between 1872-92 a John Bevington ran the pottery and presented his products as "reproductions of Dresden, Derby, Chelsea and Worcester".

No Dresden pottery had a mark like that.
