Tray and 2 Bud Vases? Cups? Blue, Green, Yellow glazes, ID Help

Hello, these matching pieces don't have any marks but hoped someone might recognise and know of origin or maker? Not sure if the small pieces are cups or vases. Thank you :)

I think it's an Irish pottery, although somewhere like Spain or Greece is also possible
