Help needed to identofy potter/artist

Hello all, I've had this teapot for a very long time and have done extensive research trying to identify the maker of this piece. I have searched using Google Lens as well as other paid sites, still no joy after nearly 2 years of searching. There is a mark/signature on the base but for the love of me I cannot read it. The body of the teapot has a blue flecked appearance.
