Large wall charger, NB mark - Norman Brown

Quite a nice design a heavy wall charger with a terraced
base completely unsure how or what this one is made.
The weight is fairly big and the white clay type of material
is unusual to it maybe a faint signature to the rear ??
I do like something about it though  

Nice piece. The decoration pretty much standard finger wipe decoration common in a good deal of modern British slipware pottery. The potter has literally used his fingers to make a line in the glaze pattern, Nothing aboriginal. It looks a though is has been salt glazed with a stoneware clay. A highly skilled piece. But as to whom? The letters MB do not bring any particular potter to mind.

Thank you very much for musing over this one i have much to learn with pottery
it seems a big learning curve for me, The finger decoration i can understand but the
outer craters i wouldn't have a clue how that maybe achieved to get those naturalistic
decorations in that way.

The craters can be caused by adding tin to the glaze
