Unusual pontil, pressed in, not ground off. Had a feeling it's Scottish, but nobody seems sure.

I think it’s Alum Bay Glass, Isle of Wight

Yes that's a definite maybe. Looked at many online ones, unfortunately most had a
sticker right over the base, obscuring the pontil, thought they seem to have made
a lot with these messy swirls, and did use these colours.
