Small pottery pitcher with mystery mark - Marschner Empty Small pottery pitcher with mystery mark - Marschner

A small white matt glaze over red clay pottery pitcher of archaic style. Height 11.5cm has an impressed triangle mark with what looks like an urn and letter M. Anyone know the mark? Thanks Small pottery pitcher with mystery mark - Marschner 8b11da10

Interesting piece. I can't answer your question but I did wonder if that might be a fish above the letter 'M'?

Hi Jay. Yes, I though fish too, but thought it looked like a Mediterranean amphora??
