Signed Jug ID Help, spiral and PW mark Empty Signed Jug ID Help, spiral and PW mark

Hello, this jug has an imprinted spiral at the base of the handle and is signed on the base, but had no luck IDing. Any ideas? The handle is lovely and flat -seems nicely made :)
