ITALIAN ART POTTERY CATS PAINTED FLOWER MARK & IMPRESSED QUADRI FOGLIO?

This is a charming Italian art pottery dish featuring handpainted cats and with an impressed 3 word mark to the base - sorry I cannot work out what the words say! There is also a handpainted flower mark - I have had a search and can see some flower marks are for Quadri Foglio but really not sure if this dish is by this factory - if anyone can please help me identify this then I would really appreciate it.
