Gigantic Mystery Vase: Need Identification

This large ocre vase with turquoise interior glaze comes from an old Paris estate. No idea if it's French or from somewhere else.

Has an allover tactile flourish pattern and is finished with hand painting of flowers and butterflies with thick coisonné-style outlines. No signature that I can find. No idea of provenance or age.
